Ascend Osteopathy + Performance in West Footscray has been providing a 15% discounted rate for Swifts players and families. In 2025 they extended this sponsorship with a donation from the Club and in-kind support of our two seniors’ teams through hands-on therapeutic support. We look forward to partnering with Ascend into 2026 season!

With Ascend’s support the Swifts were able to offer our Period Care Program that cements our commitment to the wellness and happiness of our players. In collaboration with Ascend, the Swifts will offer wellness sessions at the Club that promote injury prevention at both spectrums of the hormonal journey, including peri-and-menopausal support for our community.

We encourage our Swifts community to check in with Jena, Phil and Maggie if they have osteopathy, sports performance and wellness needs.
