Please read below key information from the venue – Footscray Park Bowling Club – this sets out expectations for behaviours and responsibilities on the day.

NON-EXCLUSIVE ROOM HIRE
This means the club is closed to the public, but open to our members. Our members are very respectful and don’t usually stay long.

UNDER 18s / CHILD SUPERVISION
Children must be supervised at all times.
Inside Areas: Children’s area, main floor, bathrooms, pool table
Outside Areas: Bowls greens & surrounding areas

Please clean up the toy area after use

No running inside

No children allowed on the premises after 10pm (we do make an exception for immediate family only)

BAREFOOT BOWLS RULES & GREEN ETIQUETTE
Strictly No: Smoking, Eating, Drinking, Glass, Heels or Running on the greens

Flat shoes only or barefoot
Please respect the bowling greens

No access to greens unless bowling – includes children

All participants (including children) must receive training/rules briefing from staff before playing

FOOD & DRINKS
We do not provide food, please BYO food/snacks or order food in.

Bring your own: Plates, napkins, cutlery, oil, knives, chopping boards, utensils, etc.

Drinks:

We are fully licensed

ALL drinks must be purchased at the venue (including soft drinks)

Bar tabs are optional — can be arranged on the day (please advise limit and what drinks you’d like included)

CLEANING EXPECTATIONS
You are expected to:

Throw away food, drinks, rubbish into bins provided

Wipe down tables

Sweep floors if needed

We will:

Empty bins, vacuum, and mop

Cleaning supplies provided: Bin bags, spray & wipe, dustpan & brush

GENERAL REMINDERS
Please be kind to staff

Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated
